- Controller
The
successful candidate will manage accounting
operations including AR, AP, budgeting, cost
accounting, cash, fixed assets, CIP, inventory,
mortgages, grants and loans.
Develop, maintain, monitor and analyze
budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Perform periodic general ledger close. Prepare
and analyze P&L, BS, and CF and bank recs.
Assist with the development of a new
financial system, controls and procedures.
Effectively communicate with management
and staff. Coordinate
surveys and audits.
Requires BA/BS in Accounting or related
field, 5+ years of management and accounting
experience, and effective communication skills.
Knowledge of government, non profit,
and/or construction accounting a plus.
Salary $60,000+
