Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles
Our Project

In our history, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has worked to provide 181 families with a safe, decent and affordable home in the Los Angeles Basin. Starting with one house in 1990, HFH GLA strives to build more homes for more families each year, with a goal of eliminating poverty housing in our service area and around the world.

In an effort to increase our building efforts, HFH GLA has also hosted several Build events, including the Jimmy Carter Work Project 1995 and several Hollywood for Habitat Blitz Builds, as well as major company build day events.  These events help to speed production on our homes and increase awareness in the general community about Habitat's work.

We hope that everyone will continue to take an avid interest in the work of Habitat for Humanity.  We are always looking for new partners, please consider donating or volunteering with us.
