Do you have a few morning or afternoon hours to spare? Volunteer at our business office and see how Habitat for Humanity works from the inside-out! Volunteers are needed to answer phones, maintain the volunteer database, help with mailings and assist on other projects.

There are opportunities for individuals to volunteer in the business office. To schedule your shift or full work day please complete the following steps:

1. Attend a Volunteer Orientation (recommended).
2. Complete the online Volunteer Information Form. 
3. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteers@habitatla.org to schedule your volunteer day.
4. Please read, complete and sign the following forms and bring them with you on your volunteer date:

- Release and Waiver of Liability Form

- Minor’s Release and Waiver of Liability Form (if applicable)

Requirements

• We ask for at least a three-hour  commitment during office hours (Monday -Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) 

• All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

• Complete the online Volunteer Information Form.

• Complete and sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form.
