Habitat
for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is able to
do what we do because of our volunteers.
Over the past year, more than 5,000 volunteers
completed 35,000 hours of compassionate and
noble work to make a positive impact in the
lives of our Habitat for Humanity families.
In
the last year, thanks to our volunteers, HFH GLA
has been able to:
- House
12 more families in safe, decent, affordable
homes
- Raise
over $1M for Hurricane relief efforts
- Successfully
partner with Hollywood for Habitat for
Humanity for the Fall Build, Power
Women/Power Tools, and the Mentor/Mentee
build
- Frame
and ship 15 homes to the Gulf Coast region
as part of Operation Home Delivery
- Gross
over $1M in our Home Improvement Store in
only 18 months of being in business
- Merge
2 affiliates to form Habitat for Humanity of
Greater Los Angeles
A
special thanks to Mary Anne Doane, our

Month." Find
