Homebuyer Orientation

The City of Long Beach and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles have partnered together to build new affordable homes in Long Beach. Attend one of the FREE Homebuyer Orientations to find out how you can own a new affordable home!

Orientations will be held on:

Wednesday March 10, 2010 at 6 p.m. (NO Late Admittance)
First Congregational Church at 241 Cedar Ave., Long Beach, CA 90802

Thursday March 11, 2010 at 6 p.m. (NO Late Admittance)
Long Beach Community College (Nordic Lounge, Building E)at 4901 E. Carson St., Long Beach, CA 90808 - $1 charge for parking

Thursday March 18, 2010 at 6 p.m. (NO Late Admittance)
Long Beach Community College (Nordic Lounge, Building E)at 4901 E. Carson St., Long Beach, CA 90808 - $1 charge for parking

Saturday March 20, 2010 at 10 a.m. (NO Late Admittance)
The Long Beach Day Nursery at 1548 Chestnut Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90813

All applicants must meet the income guidelines specified in the flyer below and attend one of the orientations on time. Specific program guidelines will be given at the orientation.
