Building a Greater Los Angeles

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles builds throughout the year.  Since 1990, HFH GLA has built and rehabilitated over 316 homes and continues to build throughout the greater Los Angeles area through the  "Building a Greater Los Angeles" campaign.  We are currently building ten homes in the City of Lynwood and one home in the City of Downey.  Help us continue to "Build a Greater Los Angeles"!  Donate now or Volunteer with us.  View a map of Habitat homes in the Greater Los Angeles area

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is Seeking Proposals for our Newest Residential Project

EACH BID FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AWARDED SEPARATELY

4237 Imperial Highway, Lynwood, CA 90262 - This project is a 10-unit development, consisting of 5 duplexes.

We are seeking bids for the following:

• Concrete

• Electrical

• Plumbing

• Mechanical

Proposals are due by November 1, 2009 (COB) and should include the following:

• Qualifications and Experience (Please highlight experience in the local municipality and on affordable housing projects.)

• Price and Scope of Service (Please show price and scope for each unit.)
